Store Policies
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and Google Checkout. We will also accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear) for mail orders. Please contact us for mailing address.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. We currently only ship to continental US.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using USPS where possible. Due to the high cost of UPS overnight it is cost prohibited and not recommended. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Claims/Damages: If you have Claims/Damages, please email us immediately so that we can send you a Claims/Damages for which you will need to fill out completely and send back to us. In the comments section, simply write "damaged" and the number of the item(s) damaged. Example: Comments: "damaged, 33248:, 34221". If a shipment or just a part of the order is missing, then just entered Missing in the comments. Claims for product missing from an order may be subject to receiving replacement only. You may be required to take pictures of the damaged item(s), preferably digital to be sent by email. Based on our inspection of the pictures, a replacement item will be sent or a credit card refund will be issued within 24-48 hrs, whichever is requested. Please allow time to process and check your statement before contacting us to inquire about the credit.
If you are returning the item for any reason other than damage then please contact us as soon as possible. The buyer pays return shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refund your credit within 24 hours of item receipt in good resalable condition in the original packaging.
DISCONTINUED OR OUT OF STOCK
If an item or items is/are not available, we can not back order and will refund your funds for any "Discontinued" or "Out of Stock" item[s]. If an item is "Out of Stock" and is expected to be in within 48 hrs, we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 48 hrs or to proceed with a refund. If you receive a refund, please read your email because we will let you know via email why you are receiving a refund.
